Dr. Ren founded the nonprofit, Diverse Research Now in January 2023 to address the critical lack of diversity in clinical research. Driven by her deep insight and innovative ideas, Dr. Ren envisioned DRN as a platform to bridge the gap between researchers and underrepresented communities. Our mission is to educate and empower diverse populations, connect them with research opportunities, and break down barriers to participation. Through collaboration with researchers, healthcare organizations, and community advocates, DRN is working to create a more inclusive and equitable future in medical research.
